Policy Operations Manager

Have you got experience within the Legal, Care or Medical sector working within policy writing/management? If so I am very keen to speak with you about a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business based in Middlesex.

We are recruiting for a Policy Operations Manager who will be responsible for a small internal team as well as a large external team. You will be responsible for working closely with subject writers to plan, manage and deliver policy content.

Key duties:

  • Managing and planning the work flows with the team

  • Maintaining and improving operational processes, maximising productivity and quality

  • Ensuring the integrity and format of policy content

  • Liaising with the Development Team to improve and develop systems

  • Escalating any project issues or risks, highlighting corrective actions

  • Releasing finalised and approved documents

  • Tracking project progress

  • Reporting weekly on data

  • Ensuring team and personal priorities are met

  • Leading and developing a team

Experience required:

  • Project delivery

  • Strong proof reading skills and eye for detail

  • Familiar with quality frameworks (ISO or EU Quality Framework)

  • Experience within the Care, Legal or highly regulated industry would be ideal
