An outstanding opportunity for a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join one of the UK leaders in Personal Injury has arisen with a top national law firm at their Sheffield Office.

You may be a CILEX, Litigation Executive or Litigation Assistant looking to secure a forward thinking, progressive law firm with offices worldwide.

This firm are on an upwards trajectory and are seeking to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to their Sheffield office. It is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients with a focus on Employers’ Liability and Public Liability work.

Knowledge of the MOJ portal is necessary and the successful Personal Injury Fee Earner will be able to run a caseload of small and fast track cases, as well as assisting on larger cases under the supervision of a senior solicitor or partner.
EL/PL experience is essential and this role is not suitable for someone whose previous experience has been limited to motor claims work.

You will be focussing on personal injury claims largely arising from workplace accidents.
Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years’ defendant litigation experience within personal injury is preferred although claimant experience will be considered.
