An award winning business in the heart of Billericay are looking to bring their Payroll back in house from an external provider.
Your new role
Your job will be to execute this process of bringing Payroll back in house, setting up processes and once imbedded running monthly putting through amendments, tax code changes, bonuses and incremental pay rises. Deal with staff queries. Monthly and annual HMRC returns. Reconciling payroll for finance and working closely with this department. Producing a Payroll handbook with comprehensive guidance to procedures. This role will be supported by an Administrator
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a competent payroller who has proven experience of bringing a Payroll from a provider back in house.
