In the position of Payroll Officer, you'll be solely responsible for the internal UK Payroll consisting of 130 monthly paid employees using Sage Payroll.
Start to finish processing will include starters and leavers; SSP, SMP, SPP; Auto Enrolment; RTI and dealing with employee queries as well as liaising with HMRC.
As well as the above, you'll be responsible for setting up new staff in Global offices, and working closely with Associate Partners in UK, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland, to ensure compliance with local legislation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of UK Payroll and should have ideally worked in a sole capacity processing start to finish Payroll.
You must have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Experience working in a Recruitment setting, working knowledge of Sage Payroll and German or Dutch language skills are desirable but not essential.
