Pay and Reward Consultant
*A Local Authority in Surrey is looking for a Pay and Reward Consultant to join their team on a three month contract

Purpose of the job:
*To provide specialist knowledge and expertise in policy and reward to manage the development and delivery of the council's Schools Pay and Reward Review

Your duties will include:
*You will be assessing or conducting analysis, presenting results and putting forward recommendations on managing more complex situations to support decision making
*You will be maintaining, developing and reviewing systems, processes, producers and working methods to maximise service delivery, quality, efficiency and compliance
*You will be providing specialist/professional advice and recommendations within defined policy/strategy and procedures to support informed decision making
*You will be planning workloads and secure resources to enable the team/s to achieve a quality service
*You will be leading projects and reviews within a defined area of work
*You will be assisting with budget/resource/funding management in accordance with the council policies and procedures
*You will be liaising, communicating and building relationships with other internal departments, customers, partner organisations, agencies and/or contractors to support and represent the team
