Part Time Administrator

We are house builder in North Leeds and have a position available for a reliable part time office administrator to join our office in Leeds LS17.

The role:

  • Answering the phone
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Filing
  • Diary management
  • General assistance to Directors and Quantity Surveyor
  • Cover reception when required
  • Keeping records/files as up to date as possible
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Other adhoc duties

The successful candidate will be a confident, organised person who is able to work under pressure with excellent communication skills, must be a proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be have experience of audio typing. It would be advantageous if this candidate has experience in the construction industry although this is not essential.


Ideally three days a week 9.00am to 5.30pm, although this is negotiable.

Salary dependant upon experience.
