Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join our client on a TEMPORARY basis. This role will initially be for 2 months but may be extended. The hours of work are 9am-4pm over three days per week.
Details of this role are , but not limited too:
- Updating records
- Managing diaries
- Ordering office supplies
- Taking minutes
- Audio Typing
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Screening phone calls
- Arranging couriers
- Sorting and distributing post
This Role requires an IMMEDIATE start date. An ENHANCED DBS is required for this role. If you do not have a current DBS , you must be willing to have Office Angels conduct one.
