Job Title: Administrator / Bookkeeper
Salary: £9-10.50ph DOE
Hours: 16 hours a week, 4 hours a day, 4 days a week
Our client, a successful Manufacturing business, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part time basis, working 16 hours a week spread over 4 days.
The function of this position is to provide general support to the Office Manager. A typical day could see you undertaking general data-entry, opening and distributing post, answering phones and customer queries. You will have responsibility for maintaining Health and Safety records and also undertake basic PA tasks. You will also be responsible for creating, entering and filing invoices with some light credit control.
The ideal person for this position will have a strong background in Administration. You'll need to be literate and numerate and confident in the use of computers. Experience using QuickBooks/Sage would be advantageous.
Due to the location of this position, it is essential that you have your own transport. The Company is located in a very rural location which is not served by Public Transport.
