Our Richmond based client are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team on a Part Time basis working 9am-2pm, Monday-Friday. This is a temp-perm opportunity and will suit a candidate who has office administration experience, excellent communication skills, a highly organised nature and someone looking for part time working hours.
The main duties of the role will include handling department correspondence, managing the filing system, preparing packs, handling department post, answering client calls and other ad-hoc admin duties as required. This position is to start ASAP so you must be able to start immediately and commit to a permanent position long term.
