This role is an exciting PA opportunity for a boutique Private Equity firm in Mayfair. The client is looking for somebody with a passion for legal and ideally you will have already worked in a law firm or have a law degree.

Client Details

The client is a boutique Private Equity firm with offices in Mayfair open to hybrid working.

Description

  • Managing and prioritising calendars and schedules, meetings, video conferences and conference rooms, multiple time zones and coordinating with internal and external participants
  • Switchboard, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements as well as preparing and organising itineraries and processing expense reports using Concur
  • Generation of reports and preparation of meeting materials
  • Planning and coordinating team events and outings
  • Prepare documents for signature, obtain signatures from Firm signatories and handle delivery of final documentation
  • Responsible for maintaining and organising electronic files for a large volume of documentation
  • Maintain team sites, databases, practice guides and reference materials in various internal systems
  • Work with in-house system to set up law firm engagements and other vendor engagements in Concur
  • Manage team invoice review and prompt the team to approve invoices

Profile

  • Ideally you will be in an admin role within a law firm or a legal graduate looking for a supporting role within legal
  • Ideally you will have strong technical abilities
  • You will be a self starter with Strong initiative
  • You will be professional yet friendly and approachable
