My client based in South Manchester is now looking to recruit an experienced, credible and skilled PA & Office Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with hybrid experience and I am looking for someone who has demonstrated experience with social media, marketing campaigns and event management and at least 5 years’ worth of PA and Office Management experience.

*Please note this is working for home whilst the office location/premises is finalised*

Duties

• Preparation of presentations, reports and board papers
• Liaising with Chairman’s PAs assisting in the preparation of Board papers and meetings
• Taking meeting minutes and preparing meeting documentation, recording actions and following up next steps for
o Management meetings
o Business development meetings
o Admin meetings
• Arrange meetings, conference calls and video conference calls on behalf of the management team
• Supporting the documentation of processes and procedures Maintaining/housekeeping for the company’s CRM database
• Provide marketing support, including for example, mailshots, social media updates
• Marketing support for exhibitions and conferences
• Handling Telephone enquiries
• Maintain training records

Experience/Skills Desired

• Experience in the preparation of presentations, reports and board papers for senior management teams
• Comfortable with remote working and able to work independently – a self starter
• Excellent knowledge of document management tools, including
o SharePoint
o MS Office
o CRM systems
• Ability to create and manage relationships with internal and external teams
• Any experience of marketing and social media would be highly beneficial
• Handling confidential and business sensitive information
