Our client a growing design studio & exclusive gift company are seeking an energetic, highly organised self-starter to assist the Managing Director with the smooth running of the Head Office including: -


  • Calling and answering calls from a broad range of Wholesale and Retail Customers
  • Full diary management for the Director
  • upkeep of stock and inventory database
  • Organising meetings
  • Typing of all general correspondence
  • Booking all accomodation and travel

General Administration:

  • Answering telephone calls from suppliers, customers and employees
  • Tracking holiday and sick leave
  • Ordering and stock management of office stationery
  • General administrative support across the management team as required

The ideal candidate

  • Will be looking for a varied role in a busy, friendly team combining strong administration skills with plenty of human interaction
  • Will work equally well in a team or independently
  • Be highly organised to work across three independant companies
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential
  • Possess a full UK driving liscence and be a car owner

Key skills

  • Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Flexible and proactive team-player who enjoys a varied role and can cope well when faced with urgent tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role
