Operations Administrator - Recruitment Company - Harlow Essex

Purpose of the Job

Your role is management and upkeep of contracts, point of contact for the accreditations process, liaising with team leads to gather and submit reports to senior managment. We are looking for someone who is driven, results focused, has excellent attention to detail and wants to be part of our fast growing award winning Public Sector recruitment company.

Responsible to: Head of People

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Quality Assurance ISO 9001 standard accreditation.
  • Update policies in line with legislation updates
  • Assist in contracts administration.
  • Supporting submission of tenders for business growth.
  • Support the Head of People in managing staff engagement initiatives.
  • Monitoring contract performance and producing reports.
  • Maintain performance spreadsheets

Minimum Competence Requirements

  • Experience within administration
  • Experience within contracts/reporting/accreditation administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organisation and attention to detail
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Confident working as part of a team and independently
  • Experienced at working and delivering to deadlines.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
