Our client, a leading international communications specialist company based in Central London are recruiting for an Office Manager/ PA.

The successful candidate will have proven organisational skills, a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and with the ability to work under pressure. Fluent French or Spanish speaker is a Bonus.

Duties:

  • Diary management and travel arrangement
  • Answering the Office Phone
  • Minute taking
  • Ordering stationery
  • Liaising with IT
  • Induction with IT support
  • Management of office budget
  • Assisting with project reconciliation

The ideal candidate:

  • Pro-active with the ability to manage upwards
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Trustworthy and reliable
