This fantastic client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.
Large Team, diverse and varied role, opportunity to develop with the company.
This position would ideally suit someone with a good amount of experience in a similar role; someone who has the confidence to work independently.
The key aspects of the job are summarized below:
PA to the Directors - including travel, diary management and email correspondence
Accounts including: Send out invoices, Chase late payments. Log invoices (in and out).
HR administration - leavers, starters, absence and sickness
Sales Administration - including producing reports
General Office Management - facilities etc
