Our prestigious Nottingham client is currently recruiting for an Office Assistant role on a permanent full time basis.
Hours & days: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm.
Duties will include but not limited to;
- Managing all post/ fax/ courier correspondence
- Monitoring office supplies e.g. stationary
- Updating & dispatching orders
- Phone & email correspondence
- Other general admin duties e.g. scanning, photocopying etc.
This role would be an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to pursue a career within administration.
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, able to use their own initiative and be enthusiastic. Candidates will ideally have good customer service skills and be computer literate in Microsoft Packages.
