Sitting on Front of House you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and visitors who are visiting the office or show room. You will also assist with general office administration, using Excel on a regular basis to update orders and client records. Excellent customer service is key as you will handle all phone calls to the office.
Experience within a Reception or Administrative role previously
Strong Excel skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and assist multiple internal teams
Knowledge or experience within the construction or interior design industry is beneficial but not essential
