An interior design company are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their friendly and busy team.
Your new role
As Office Administrator, you will be working within a small but successful team, supporting their administrative needs. Key accountabilities and responsibilities include: Answering the phone and being the first to respond to any queries, including emailed queries; managing the database ensuring all works are created and managed through to closure; preparing quotes and invoices; any other ad hoc general administration requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate for the Office Administrator role, you should have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. This is a very busy and rewarding role but there will be times when you will be working under pressure, so staying calm and having good problem solving skills is imperative.
You will be working extensively on databases and Excel spreadsheets, so a good IT knowledge and previous experience of Excel is essential.
You will be working as part of a friendly but hard working team so a good attitude to work is paramount.
What you'll get in return
You will have a permanent full time position 08:00 - 17:00hrs, 8 hours with an hour lunch break Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. There is free parking on site.
