Reed are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and professional firm based in the Clifton area of Bristol. We are looking for an Office Administrator to play and integral role in the smooth running of this organisation.

Are you an experienced, highly polished, Administrator with excellent communication skills?

Are you looking for a varied position within a busy office environment?

Responsibilities will include:

• Detailed diary management and coordination
• Handling incoming calls and coordinating with the wider business
• Arranging appointments and communicating with clients
• Maintaining and updating client files
• Creating professional letters and documentation
• Report creation

Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with diary management experience
• Assertive and ability to prioritise
• Methodical and articulate approach
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
