We have a spacious, airy office and a friendly team of administrators and engineers here in Huntington, York. We are located just 5 minutes away from Monks Cross shopping centre.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our office team to help manage the day to day activities of the company.
Key duties include:
General office duties : Answering the telephone, managing the diaries of surveyors and engineers, typing letters, specifications and quotations, entering data into our database, scanning and taking credit card payments.
A friendly nature, attention to detail and ability to multi task are essential!
