OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Immediate Start / Temp to Perm

£18,000 - £20,000

Rotating shifts 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Based Nuneaton (CV11)

I am working with a large global Logistics company who are looking for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join a busy team based in Nuneaton.

The position is working on a rotating shift of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, as part of a team of Administrators.

The day to day duties include:

  • Updating systems with accurate information
  • Responding to customer enquiries and queries
  • Tracking and tracing deliveries throughout the UK and Europe
  • Answering emails and calls
  • Entering data for international customs into an inhouse system
  • Completing Excel spreadsheets.

The position of Office Administrator is offering an immediate start and is Temp to perm position. We are requiring a candidate with excellent Administration skills, who can learn quickly, work with attention to detail and previous office administration experience.
