Night shift support worker job in Plymouth. Excellent rates of pay, holiday and pension.

Your new company
Hays Social care covers mental health and Adult LD support workers across the south west. Due to particular demand we are currently looking to appoint two full time support workers to cover night shifts in Plymouth it's self.

Your new role
You will be supporting vulnerable adults with a wide range of learning difficulties, mental health issues and and addiction in a residential house. You will be responsible for doing nightly walk arounds checking on residents and building security, logging of any issues that arise through the night and helping service users where needed.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with the homeless will be beneficial as would experience of mental health and or drug and alcohol addiction. You must be able to provide references covering support worker experience in the last two years for compliance and clearance purposes. Full enhanced DBS will be provided.

What you'll get in return
We have full time and part time hours available, full time shifts are given on a four days on four days off basis, part time is ad hock and flexible. All staff are paid above average earnings with holiday pay and pension included.
