Main Objective

As a Workflow New Business Sales Executive you will be required to sell the full range of Workflow Technology solutions to new business prospects in a given sales territory. Applying your talent for new business and achieving all personal targets set through self-generation, there is potential for the successful candidate to develop into a Sales Executive role. The Opportunity

To work within a professional and established sales team as a New Business Sales Executive that will strive to achieve all personal targets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in telesales/sales and a desire to be a successful new business sales executive. At least 6 months experience is essential.

The Candidate

  • A highly self-motivated and target-driven individual

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets

  • Comfortable liaising at Director level of companies

  • Money motivated, seeking an opportunity to progress through success

  • The ability to generate own leads via existing relationships and networking

  • Developing relationships with potential customers

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

Objectives

  • New business prospecting - ensuring that it is up to date and accurate with regular telephone contact maximising new business potential

  • New Business appointment making for a Sales Director. Appointments are targeted and commission is paid on deals converted by the salesperson and generated by yourself

  • Follow through of marketing materials and promotions

  • Update all information and calls onto company database

  • Data-cleansing of company database

  • All calls are non-scripted, you must possess the ability to be able to converse naturally with decision makers

  • Expected to make 80+ calls and conversion rate of 1 to 2 appointments per day

  • Assisting Sales Executives/Sales Director with quotations
  • Some account management

    Based at our Head Office near Luton in Bedfordshire (Barton-Le-Clay)

    Salary is £20K per annum plus a generous commission package

    Hours are 8.30am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm Friday
