As a Mortgage, New Business Consultant, you'll respond to enquiries by phone, you will be speaking to our members but a high proportion of the calls you take will be from brokers and solicitors. You'll exceed expectations by delivering a personal, accountable, friendly and knowledgeable service and always ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained. You don't need experience in call centres or mortgages for this role, we are looking for customer focused candidates who have the right attitude & enthusiasm for always ensuring the customer gets the best outcome.

This is a 35-hour week with flexible shifts falling between 6am - 10pm Monday - Sunday
