Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Senior Marketing Brand Creative Manager to join an organisation at a time of significant growth and investment.

The Senior Marketing Brand Creative Manager will operate as Assistant Head of Department directing the brand development, creative content collateral and ensuring unified messages to targeted audiences.

They own developing the brand strategy alongside the Head of Marketing and developing the look and feel of the brand and brand strategy to ensure the creative appeals to all customer segments.

This role will be instrumental to improving the conversion rate through the website, quote engine and delivering a best in class online customer journey. The role manages a cross-functional creative team of Video, Photography, UX/UI, graphic designers and manages the staging and production queue for the website.

Full ownership and management of all content and creative adherence of the brand on the website and quote engine

Coordinating with relevant marketing agencies to coordinate the creative for campaign and TV Commercials

Full ownership of the end to end online customer journey across all web presences - website, quote engine, customer portal

Customers to make an informed decision and ensure it aligns with sales, customer service and other relevant departments

Ensure all video, photography and written content is compliant

To create and/or adapt existing content to work across digital, media and print channels (website, social media, HTML emails, blog)

To advise on and develop engaging interactive content and techniques that maximise the potential of customer acquisition and engagement

Providing to develop a strong mobile experience to drive web / mobile web strategy development

Ideally we are looking for:-

Proven work experience as a creative leader with evidence of brand strategy development within a B2C environment alongside with direct experience in digital and print campaign creation

Strong knowledge of brand strategy and creation; ability to provide out of the box thinking on campaigns to remain relevant to today’s market and provide a distinctive brand

Balance of strategic skills to identify marketing opportunities and trends as well as tactical pragmatic marketing implementation skills;

Broad strategic analysis skill set complimented with a detail orientation

Demonstrable experience building strategic plans

Comfortable with Analytics to understand the creative links to conversion metrics

Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)

In-depth and senior level expertise leading a team of Creative content producers such as Video, Blogs, Landing Pages, UX/UI

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and team management experience

Broad-based business thinker who can collaborate effectively with peers as well as executive functional and senior business line leaders to achieve objectives
