Your new company is a leading provider of professional services to the insurance industry. It also has a Lloyd's Managing Agency and syndicate which is a provider of outsourced management and technical insurance services to the global market.
Your new role
You will make the step up from Claims Handler to Claims Adjuster and be responsible for handling claims from first notification to settlement. You will be responsible for adjusting claims on behalf of current and future clients. You will ensure that claim service standards and maintained and enhanced. You will also be responsible for presenting reports to clients on specific claims issues.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this Claims Adjuster job, you must have experience of dealing with and handling Marine Claims. Knowledge of Lloyd's systems is also a requirement together with an understanding of current Lloyd's Claims Scheme to include CTP Guidelines.
You must also possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills as you will be interacting with other teams within the company and clients.
