Managing Recruitment Consultant - Commercial -- Brighton
• Basic salary up to £28k - £35k depending on experience

• The company is a well respected, owner managed multi-sector Recruitment Business. They specialise in professional services as well as industrial, commercial and more generalist recruitment.
• The company’s ethos is to handle every assignment as unique, by tailoring the process to suit the client’s specific requirements, whilst working in partnership to offer a consultative service and deliver top talent.
• To lead a team based in Brighton specialising within the Office Services sector.
• You will be responsible for temp and perm revenue across the South Coast and also for the P&L.
• You will mentor and coach a team of consultants and will also be looking to attract new talent to your team.
• You are motivated by the need for greater challenges, responsibility and accountability
• You will have strong recruitment experience in a relevant recruitment sector and have the desire to work in a relaxed, professional recruitment environment where you take responsibility for your own activity and business development.
• You will be a self-starter and a team player.
