Fantastic opportunities are available for a Management Support Assistant working between Hinckley + Coventry, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

What will I be doing?

The focus of this role will be to provide dedicated financial and general administrative support to the SHES Team and the wider Safety & Network Strategy Senior Management Team, below is a list of some of the key tasks this role entails:

o Support the Relationship and Stretgy Manager in implementing the Change Management Framework across major projects within SHES team.
o Manage the diary/email of the Head of SHES Manager & provide support when required to wider Safety & Network Strategy Senior Management Team
o Arrange material and logistics of various team meetings with the SHES Team
o Responsible for the co-ordination of the annual planning and monthly reporting on behalf of SHES.
o Manage the calendar in line with the 3-8 year plan
o Monitor SHES financial performance, facilitate the development of financial forecasts, track expenditure and udnertake receipting of invoices in SAP each month and produce MI to inform the SHES Management team.
o Manage the document control of the team SharePoint sites.
o Plan and organise conferences on behalf of the SHES team & provide support when required to wider Safety & Network Strategy Senior Management Team
o Create regular and adhoc MI and presentations on behalf of the SHES team and communicate to relevant stakeholders
o Champion in various roles on behalf of SHES and the wider S&NS department.

You will be based working from our modern offices within Coventry with a requirement to work from our Hinckley site with an onsite restaurant, chill/break out areas and free parking on-site.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday core office hours: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00
