My client is a medium sized housing association based in Hertfordshire. At present they are looking to review their accounting service to the organisation’s Development team. As such they are keen to bring in some senior level support to provide better financial visibility to new projects and initiatives.
- Partner with the Development Team to ensure that investment appraisals are up to date and fully aligned to the approved business plan.
- Ensure accuracy of all the management information and reports.
- Prepare and provide financial data for collation for external reports.
- Support the management reporting process.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a strong track record of development accounting within a housing association or local authority.
