Email & Live Chat Specialist

Location: Wickford, Essex

Days/Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am - 5pm

Bank holiday work is essential

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Peak Season: Between March - August and November & December

Off-Peak Season: January, February, September & October

About the role:

  • Dealing with over 200 emails a day during peak season which must be responded to in a timey and efficient manner
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Dealing with any issues that arise in a well-spoken manner
  • Handling sales queries & complaints with a positive attitude
  • Providing product information, tracking deliveries and dealing with complaints

Person Specification:

  • Outstanding at multitasking
  • Experience using in-house CRM systems (NetSuite) is beneficial
  • Excellent touch-typing abilities
  • Quick learner
  • You must have the ability to make independent commercial decisions to reach full potential in the business
  • E-commerce background with over 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
