Lettings/ Property Manager - Estate Agents

Location: Abergavenny

Salary: £20,000 Basic + OTE £28k

An opportunity has arisen to work within a highly successful independent Estate Agency.

Our client requires an experienced Lettings/ Property Manager to join their existing team based in Abergavenny.

Person Profile:

  • Must have experience working in Lettings and Property Management (at least 1 years exp)

  • Technical knowledge and confidence to problem solve maintenance issues upon initial call from tenant

  • Ability to create relationships and maintain trust levels to the highest standards

  • Forward thinking with ability to identify opportunities to improve processes within the department

  • Have previous experience of hitting and exceeding targets

  • Ability to work on your own and in a team

  • Be well spoken, articulate, as well as being able to communicate with all types of clientèle effectively

  • Carry out Valuations

  • ARLA Qualified (not essential)

  • Good understanding of Residential Property Management and current Legislations

  • Hold a full drivers licence and own vehicle
