CRA are delighted to be recruiting for a Sheffield City Centre based law firm who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary.
The role is to be based within their thriving Wills and Probate department. While the ideal candidate would have experience within this field, this could also be an excellent opportunity for an exceptional secretary to move into a new area of the Law, if they can demonstrate a real interest in this field.
The position is a full time, permanent position to work closely with many Private Client fee earners allowing them to work more efficiently.
Includes but is not limited to:
*Ability to prepare documents through a variety of methods including dictation, general instruction or personally drafting
*Managing and organising diaries - including Outlook
*Sending emails and general correspondence
*General assistance within the team as and when required
*Fast, accurate typing skills of at least 60WPM is essential
*Experience with using case management systems is essential
*Proficient in using your initiative
*Polite and courteous telephone manner with the ability to update clients in a friendly yet professional manner
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Ability to maintain administrative processes and use client database systems
*Good and confident understanding and use of Microsoft Office
