Your new role
The key purpose of the role is to manage, lead and motivate a team of people, maximising individual and team performance.
You will develop and maintain positive customer relationships whilst also maximising revenue. Your main responsibilities will be customer focused ensuring all licensing is under the correct tariffs and customer complaints are handled in line with code of conduct. You will also be required to attend B2B meetings. You will monitor the quality of the team's customer calls to develop the service delivered and continuously improve the customer experience. Ensuring the team educate and advise customers, you will positively reinforce benefits of music to their business, while ensuring that they understand and are adhering to the contractual licensing terms and conditions. Your leadership responsibilities within this role will give you the opportunity to manage a small team in order to achieve all revenue targets and KPI's. You will hold regular team meetings to ensure departmental plans and targets are effectively communicated to the team, whilst also opening meetings to recognise success and also discuss any issues. Outside of your sales and leadership duties, as the role of Key Accounts Team Manager you will build on your business expertise and contribute to the improvement of licensing processes. You will interpret and analyse reports that will enable key decision making when monitoring the team's performance against financial and other targets set.

The successful candidate will be passionate individual by nature who will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to make this a place of work where all colleagues feel included, rewarded and engaged in the business. You will work closely with other peers to ensure that the whole business is working together and achieving the best results great experience for our customers.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in a successful customer facing role and have experience using CRM systems. You will have experience of managing a team and be able to motivate and lead others. An understanding of HR policies and performance management is essential with a competency in the use of Microsoft office software.
