A leading Pensions Consultancy based in the heart of Berkshire is now seeking an additional Junior Pensions Administrator who is looking to develop a career within the pensions industry over the long term.
You will join an established team where, with ongoing training and development, you become responsible for performing a number of administrative tasks for a number of high profile client pension schemes. This can include handling new entrants, leavers, retirements, calculations and transfers, as well as updating relevant pension administration databases and liaising with various third parties such as client members, the Department for Work and Pensions and HMRC.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for producing letters to 'draft standards’ running calculations and amending/checking non-financial work.
Whether a school/college leaver or graduate, in order to considered, it is essential that you are educated to at least A' level standard, coupled with some office based administration experience. Any financial services experience would be highly beneficial.
Additionally, you will be someone who is motivated and willing to learn, develop and progress, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate a numerical aptitude evidenced by work related experience or academic achievements.
