We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef - a destination award winning gastropub in Marlow. The menu is modern British and everything is freshly prepared, using local produce where possible. Being independently managed the menu is seasonal and changes regularly. A huge emphasis on foraging and using the highest quality ibingredients. whilst Rosette experience would be an advantage, it isn't essential.
The successful candidate will need strong man management & cooking skills, enthusiasm & creative flair.
Upto £25,000 + £5,000 tips
