We are recruiting for a Junior Pastry Chef to support the delivery of bread, patisserie and dessert menus within our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests.

The Rhinefield House Hotel is nestled in 40 private acres within the New Forest National Park. Our Junior Pastry Chef support the Pastry Chef in the preparation of all dishes on the menus to a high standard. As part of an experienced team, you will be provided with excellent training and development; ideal for a passionate and organised person looking to build a career in the kitchen.

Competencies of a Junior Pastry Chef:

  • You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating sound food knowledge.
  • A good communicator with high standards and an attention to detail under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.
  • In return you will be rewarded with a fun and engaging environment.
