IT 1st Line Support

My Public Sector Client based in Newcastle is looking for a temporary 1st Line IT Help Desk.
Duties include re setting of passwords, initial support calls from end users and passing onto higher level if required. Suitable candidates should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work under pressure
