International Team Coordinator to join an innovative pharma firm based near Bond Street

Your new company
My client is an innovative pharmaceutical firm based near Bond Street. They are currently seeking an International Team Coordinator to support the Senior EA and support the International Team. They are looking for enthusiastic and talented individual who thrive on challenge and change, and who want to make a difference through the delivery of results.

Your new role
As International Team Coordinator, you duties will include but not be limited too:

  • Supporting all members of The International Leadership Team to ensure smooth running of meetings & administration around European Conferences
  • Organise meetings in terms of facilities, equipment, location, presentation, food and provide administrative support where necessary
  • Keeps up to date tracking document for both contracts and sponsorship requests to the International team. Initiates, or follows up on correspondence with 3rd parties to facilitate contractual agreement between the company and 3rd parties
  • Liaises with finance and International Team members to ensure documentation is in place and payments are made in a timely fashion
  • Managing and prioritise own work flow
  • Working closely with Senior Executive Assistant to ensure smooth running of meetings
  • Responds to telephone enquiries in a professional manner and ensures that any queries are attended to

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Self-disciplined, with the ability to demonstrate good time management skills and to manage number of priorities efficiently
  • Demonstrate a 'can do' approach
  • Professional and pleasant manner in pro actively dealing with internal and external customers
  • Use of discretion where necessary
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A second language desirable
  • Experience of working with International Teams desirable
