Salary range £25,000-£28,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday to Friday

Their clients represent a diverse range of industries including aerospace, automotive, public sector, utilities, manufacturing, foundries, defence and rail. Their nationwide operation not only supplies and repairs equipment, they offer service plans and deliver vital health & safety training: adding value for their customers’ businesses.
They are now looking for someone to join their organisation in the role of Internal Product Support (Technical, Power Tools), based out of their Wakefield Branch and reporting to the Site Operations Manager.
As our client look to develop a Technical Support Function for their Customers, Sales and Operational Teams, this role will allow them to become more proactive with their Technical Support, finding information about the latest product developments and feeding that information to their Sales Function, and in turn, their wider customer base.
In the role you will engage with Manufacturers on their latest product developments as well as researching products, to allow you to support our clients Sales and Operational functions with technical queries. This could be by producing technical based quotations, updating approved tooling list, creating service proposals, assisting with product specifications or producing updates and training plans on new products.
A key requirement for this position is an element of technical knowledge of Industrial Power Tools, in a number of different modes of power (Air, Battery, Corded etc) and a range different tooling types (grinders, drills, impact wrenches etc). You will also require an understanding of IT and associated applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and must have good Communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of people.
