£45 000 to £50 000 plus bonus
Our client is a high performing, large organisation with a rich heritage. With a new CEO who has a clear vision, they are on a progressive journey, embracing change and transformation. They require an interim HR Business Partner for 12 months as a dedicated resource to support the journey to the next phase.
As HR Business Partner and reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with members of the Executive Team to deliver a highly effective People Plan and ultimately to drive performance through people. You can look forward to -
- Driving the People Agenda across the whole business
- Raising management capability to expert
- Changing the shape of the organisation
- Involvement in HR Projects including health and well being, inclusion, changes to pay and grading system, succession planning and organisational development
We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner with experience of working in a dynamic, fast moving environment. You will have proved your ability to develop a wide network of relationships and will understand business trends in an ever evolving market place, anticipating key issues. You will be able to demonstrate extensive generalist HR experience alongside HR Business Partner expertise
