Our fabulous client based in Kenilworth, Coventry are recruiting a high volume of Customer Service Call Agents to join their team IMMEDIATELY due to growth and expansion in business!
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED!
The PART TIME shifts we have to offer are 8am - 12pm or 4.15pm - 8.15pm Monday - Friday.
FULL TIME: the candidate must be FLEXIBLE between the hours of 8am and 8pm to work an 8 hour shift on a rota basis! We also have a permanent 12 - 8pm shift available!!
You must be able to work ONE Saturday on a rota basis due to high demands of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to gain customer service experience within an office environment.

Main duties Include:
·Receiving inbound calls regarding customer queries
·Speaking with new and existing customers
·Dealing with complaints and cancellations
·Responding to all inbound emails efficiently and effectively
·Liaising with internal departments on a regular basis
·Prioritising work load
·Providing exceptional 5 star Customer Service via telephone and email
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service experience with any sector
- To be able to work well within a team and using your own initiative
- Organisational skills
- Must have your own transport due to the location of the client
£ 8:20 per hour for the first 8 weeks
£17,000 pro rota per annum when permanent!
£18,000 pro rota per annum after 1 year
£19,000 pro rota per annum after 2 years
4 hour shifts per day working 8.00am - 12.00pm OR 4.15am - 8.15pm
You must be able to work one Saturday per month
Saturday 4 hour shifts are between 08:00 - 14:00
