Exciting Interim In-house Recruitment opportunity available working for a leading innovative software company based in Leeds city centre. This role is available to start immediately for circa two months initially to support the organisation recruit specialist and niche roles during a period of expansion. This role requires someone with experience of building a pipeline of candidates and has experience of working in a high volume and fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Up to date knowledge of employment law in relation to recruitment activities
• Ability to run multiple recruitment campaigns
• Able to work with managers at all levels to develop role profiles and person specifications
• Ability to support and challenge managers through the recruitment and selection process
• Proven ability in the development of structured competency based interview questions
• Experienced in the use of a variety of selection techniques
• Ability to work as part of a small HR team is essential

This role is available on a temporary full time basis working 9.00am – 5.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch break. The pay rate is circa £11.51p/h - £12.51p/h dependant on experience and skills.
