IFA - Chartered Practice

Exchange Street is currently working with one of the region’s largest Chartered Financial Planners as they look to recruit further consultants in each of their Sheffield, Derby and Lincoln offices.

Enjoying introducer agreements with a number of accountants and solicitors and with a focus on further acquisitions moving forward (they have completed 10 acquisitions up to now) they are confident in being able to provide additional lead generation support to allow established advisers step up to the next level. Many of the firm’s advisers have already achieved chartered status and new consultants will be actively supported to follow this route.

The role will suit ambitious and self motivated advisers, looking to take control of their own career by joining an organisation which understands the needs of an IFA and provides the necessary support for them to achieve their goals. Successful applicants will have a demonstrable track record of providing high quality advice in the independent arena along with
level 4 qualification and SPS.

The role offers a basic salary to £50,000, benefits package and the opportunity to earn significant bonus. In addition, candidates that continue to add value with consistently strong performance may be invited to become partners.

With average production at the firm last year at c£170,000 per consultant they can demonstrate a track record in assisting experienced consultants who have previously generated £90,000-£100,000pa to the next stage in their development while consultants who are already exceeding these levels can enjoy a highly supportive environment with an equitable split.
