Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to work for a business about to embark on rapid growth?
Our client is a Directly Authorised Independent Financial Advisory firm established in 2009, that has secured investor backing, to undertake rapid growth. Therefore, this presents an excellent opportunity them to develop their team, as such they are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to increase their support capacity.
Roles and responsibilities
As part of your role as an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for support 3 Financial Advisers by working alongside their existing part-time IFA Administrator. You will undertake typical administrative duties of processing business, submitting cases, updating their CRM system, organising post, ensuring client meeting packs are prepared etc. You should be methodical and have good attention to detail to ensure data is accurately processed in a timely manner.
Requirements to be considered
You should have experience as an IFA Administrator with good working knowledge of processing business. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
- Salary of circa £25,000 dependent upon experience
- 22 days holiday (rising to 25 days) plus bank holidays
- Auto-enrolment pension
- Opportunity for career progression to Paraplanner after studying Diploma
- Normal 37.5 working hours per week - should be flexible to meet the needs of Advisers / clients and time of in lieu if required to work from home
- Office based role
