IFA Administrator

Anthony Alexandra are working in a partnership with an established Financial Planning firm who is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their expanding team of financial planning professionals. The successful candidate will be supporting Advisors, processing new business applications and preparing client valuations.This position offers a fantastic opportunity within a growing organisation with industry-leading expectations.

The successful candidates will be required to undertake the following duties:

  • To provide efficient administration support to the IFA's
  • Working with Pensions, Investments and Protection products
  • Preparing Financial Advisers for meetings
  • Working closely with qualified Paraplanners assisting with technical support
  • Submitting client applications and preparing suitability letters

This is an ideal opportunity if you are keen to build upon your existing skills, knowledge and experience within the IFA sector. The skills and experience required for this exciting role includes:

  • Over 3 years’ experience working within an IFA or Financial Services environment
  • Experience using back office systems such as Intelligent Office or Adviser Office
  • General knowledge of all Investments, Pensions and Protection Products
  • Achieved professional qualifications or working towards
