My client is an established IFA and they have are now looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

IFA Administrator - Main responsibilities

  • Process new business and update on in house systems
  • Deal with all incoming post
  • Update client details on IT systems
  • Chase business through to completion
  • Produce illustrations and quotations
  • Produce reports and general correspondence
  • Liaise with clients on the phone and in the office
  • Handle queries
  • Basic knowledge of the financial planning market and products
  • Basic working knowledge of FCA Rules

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • IT literate, including all Microsoft Packages and industry specific IT systems
  • Confidence to deal effectively with clients, colleagues and product providers
  • Ability to efficiently manage priorities and workloads, and stick to deadlines
  • Self motivated & Customer focused
  • Ability to promote a team spirit and sense of purpose
  • Problem solving & Decision-making
  • Ideally you will have commenced your CII qualifications
