We are supporting an award-winning and Chartered financial planning practice who would like to welcome an experienced IFA Administrator to the team to support business growth.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing sales support to clients, the paraplanning team and advisors.
This firm is committed to supporting employees at every stage of their career, you are someone who is looking for support from the firm to achieve your professional goals. You will receive full exam support should you wish to obtain the level 4 diploma.
- Previous IFA Admin experience
- Good communication, written and time management skills
- Team player
- General Administration: telephone calls, emails, note taking
- Client Liaison, build relationships between clients and advisers
- Filing, update Database / systems
