A HR Systems Project Officer job in Guildford paying £31-39K pa implementing organisation wide change.
Your new company
An Education establishment close to Guildford. Due to continued development of HR systems, a HR Systems Project Officer is required for a period of 10 months supporting the HR Systems Manager.
Your new role
You will work alongside the HR Systems Manager to design and deliver work packages as part of an HR Systems Improvement Programme. Your specialist areas will include; developing areas of functionality within the project implementation, taking responsibility for project activities such as change management, engagement, testing, system configuration, Data Cleansing, Data Analysis, UAT Support and end user training. This role actively contributes to the progression of these activities through enabling implementation as planned.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive HRIS experience and Microsoft knowledge. You will be confident manipulating and analysis raw data. You will have experience of delivering work packages with an understanding of the full project lifecycle, including the roles, responsibilities and route to delivery of a successful implementation project.
