Ensuring all our new hires, from summer students through to Partners, have a seamless and welcoming experience is absolutely central to the role. End-to-end management of each candidate means you will be involved with pre-employment screening, compliance checking, contract production and updating our systems. It’s a complex role - you’ll need to analyse information and know how to overcome barriers in order to manage everyone’s expectations.
