HR Manager in Mansfield required for a rapidly growing services business. This is a newly created role role that has become available due to organic growth and internal promotion. The role is part of the management team reporting into the board of Directors. Work in a team of friendly, happy professionals who have a diverse range of qualifications and applied experience.

The role
Based out of the businesses head office in Mansfield office but you will also be required to visit various other sites across the east midlands region.
The role will manage the team and lead on the strategic delivery of HR functions including code of conduct, wellness processes, performance management, policy review and development. You will also support the finance team with the payroll processes as and when required.

The Person
You must have extensive HR experience and be ideally CIPD level 5 qualified or similar.

Benefits
Salary circa £35k
37.5 hours per week
